Polymer Clay is type of non toxic PVC modelling clay which cures hard when baked in the oven. It is durable enough to withstand wearing it as jewellery. It could break however, if unintentional force is used. Please note all Quaint Soul Clay pieces are purely for fashion & are not to be used for 'teething jewellery. Clay pieces should not be chewed on or put in mouth. *Please take care with any small clay pieces around young children as they may pose a choking hazard.

Earring Huggies - Brass (Nickel Free)
All metals I use claim/consider to be hypoallergenic to wear safely for majority of wearers.
BUT! of course this isn't the case for everyone. Please know what your ears can & can not handle before purchasing!

MTO- MADE TO ORDER -
All MTO pieces have a turn around time of 3 weeks before sending your parcel.
Turn around time includes making, sanding, assembling & packaging your goods.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post you will receive a tracking number via your given email address. Please refer to this number when tracking your order.
Please ensure all your details are correct when checking out.
This is where your order will be sent.
Any orders delivered or sent back to Quaint Soul Clay due to incorrect address/spelling, you will invoiced the additional postage cost to resend your order.
Quaint Soul Clay is not held responsible for any lost or damaged goods from Australia Post. Please refer to your tracking number to contact Australia Post to report an incident report that your order has been lost.
Dispatch Times:
At Quaint Soul Clay I try my absolute hardest to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. This is usually between 2-7 business days. Some weeks this will fluctuate.
Returns:
For hygiene standards & regulations exchanges and/ or refunds will NOT be given on any earrings.
We don't accept 'change of mind' purchases for exchanges and/ or refunds for orders on earrings.
If an exchange is accepted for *certain circumstances please know that postage for sending back the original item & the postage for sending the new exchanged item will be at your own expense. Postage costs are outlined above on this page.
